Albert Drummond Stanfield

Albert Drummond Stanfield born in Massachusetts on January 17, 1944, presently residing in Richfield Springs, New York on his and wife Mary's SF Ranch Farm, passed away at Little Falls Hospital after a short illness on December 31, 2024.

He was a US Navy Vietnam Veteran, well known for wearing his cowboy hat and boots as well as his barn boots.

Al was a farmer, gardener, prior poultry man as well as recent a horse rescuer.

He was a lover of animals; famously stating, "No animal ever stabbed me in the back". Al worked on his farm two weeks prior to his illness. Another quote from Al was, "Don't piss down my back and tell me its raining".

He was friend to many and will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his wife Mary Elizabeth nee Gorden, Corbett, Reilly they were married on May 8th, 2004. He also leaves behind a daughter Darrett Stanfield of Pottsfield, MA, 4 step children and spouses,  eleven grandchildren, three great-grandsons and two new arrivals in 2025.

Burial will take place on January 9th, 2025 in Walnut Hills cemetery, Brookline , Massachusetts at 12:00 pm with military honors.
