RICHFIELD SPRINGS – Deborah E. Higby, age 52 of US Highway 20 passed away on September 1, 2021, in Cooperstown Care Center.
She was born on December 20, 1968 in Cooperstown a daughter of Robert and Irene LaPlant Gardner. She was raised and educated in Richfield Springs.
She is survived by a son Zachery Higby a daughter Deanna Higby and a brother Douglas Gardner. She was predeceased by a son Matthew.
Her funeral service will be private.
Arrangements are with J. Seaton McGrath Funeral Home.
