Donald J. Edick

MOHAWK – Donald J. Edick, age 62, of Brookside Drive passed away on Sunday September 28, 2025 in his home.

Donald was born October 31, 1962, in Cooperstown, a son of the late John and Anna Vertucci Edick. Donald was raised in Richfield Springs. He moved to Mohawk in 2006 coming from Richfield Springs.

He was a man who lived a simple life, and who had made many friends. Donald had a fascination for record players and loved to be around water. He loved being with his family and had a very close bond with his father.

Surviving him is his brother David Edick and his wife Priscilla of Richfield Springs, two uncles James Vertucci of Stone Ridge, Clifford Oakes of Syracuse, an aunt Joy Vertucci of Ohio, and several cousins.

A funeral service for Mr. Edick will be held privately and at a time convenient to his family.

Funeral arrangements are with J. Seaton McGrath Funeral Home, 40 West James Street, Richfield Springs.
