RICHFIELD SPRINGS – Lukas Aaron St. Onge "Cool Hand Luke", age 33, gently slipped away under the careful eye of his surviving family while at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, on November 3, 2021. Living life the fullest in his honor are mother, Barbara Weller, father James Liner, Step-father, Albert Weller, brothers, Benjamin St. Onge and Wesley Weller, maternal grandparents, Linda and Wes St. Onge, step-parental grandparents, Linda and Jim Weller, and many close and distant relatives and friends.
Luke was born on September 13, 1988, in Oneonta. He attended Schenevus Elementary and Richfield Springs Middle and High Schools. Luke made every moment exciting with his endless ambitions and joyful with is tireless laughter and smiles. He lived honorably through both his service in the Army National Guard and in the way he carried himself among those he loved. Quick to embrace those in need, his warm presence will be felt long beyond his passing. Words are unable to describe how much he meant to so many. If you knew him you know that, if you didn't know him then you truly missed out on knowing an amazing man. Here for far longer than anyone deserved, Luke will be dearly missed.
Luke selflessly gave his all to everyone, so in lieu of flowers you may consider a donation in his memory to any charity you choose.
A celebration of life will be held at the Veterans Club, 13 Lake Street, Richfield Springs on Saturday November 27th at 1:00 pm with Military Honors at that time.
